On Thursday, February 18, Dr. Jonathan Losos presented two lectures for the 13th annual Darwin Week Celebration at SIUC. The first (4:00 pm in Life Science III auditorium) was a more technical talk entitled "Lizards in an Evolutionary Tree: Ecology and Adaptive Radiation of Anoles". The second talk(7:30 pm in the Lesar Law Building auditorium), intended more as a public lecture, was entitled "Improbable Destinies: Fate, Chance, and the Future of Evolution" after his most recent book. The following are some photos from those events.
